I've observed how the admins here work, and how admins work in other servers. First, I would use my powers when needed, if someone was being racist or offensive, I would kick them. Second, I am great at breaking up fights. If 2 people are fighting, I make each of them see the good and bad to their arguments and than they make up. Lastly, I have had experience as admin, and I  did a great job. Gmod is like a child to me, I love it. Thanks for your time!
